Why Consign?
Consignment is an eco-friendly alternative to throwing out your clothes! That’s right, you can make some money and be sustainable! It also helps Luster & Oak grow our community that each consigner is apart of!
How it works
Book an appointment via luster&oak.ca. Bring your items in and we will go through them. We ask that you book an appointment in advance to allow our team to serve you best. We are selective with what we will take.
A regular appointment takes around 10-20 minutes. While we are going through your items we’d love for you to look around the store at some of our curated vintage!
Once we have made your invoice you will receive it via email with all the information needed including your items, prices, and more info regarding consignment.
After 2-4 weeks we suggest you check on your account by contacting us via our Instagram, Email, or Phone.
Because of the high number of consignors please note that it is the responsibility of the consignor to check on the status of their invoice.
Once you have accumulated some sales book an appointment to pick up your cash. We also do E-transfers for accounts 60$+, with the exception of our out-of-city customers. Please note that with E-transfers there is a 1.50$ fee deducted from your invoice’s total payout.
